I am a qualified/registered ConTact C.A.R.E Flinchlock Release Practitioner. 

Whether I'm working with a client or interacting with people in public I have the principles and concepts of ConTact CARE in my head

My journey with ConTact C.A.R.E began in 2019 after playing hockey and suffering from chronic plantar fasciitis that no other treatment seemed to resolve. After three sessions, and some time unwinding I was pain free. The experience changed my life and inspired me to train as a practitioner.

I became fully qualified in January 2024.

After years of hands on experience working with friends, family, and trades and sports people. I am passionate about helping others release deep seated tension, recover from impact injuries, and regain ease of movement. My approach is down to earth, compassionate, and practical.
