You stay fully clothed. We assess your body for where Flinchlocks are held. We work quietly and steadily, following the body rather than forcing it.
Most people notice:
a shift in balance
a drop in tension
a sense of feeling looser, lighter and freer
Every session is different, because every body has its own story.
How A Flinchlock Affects the Body
When a bone stays braced from an impact, it can:
change your balance and posture
tighten surrounding muscles, tendons, and fascia
alter joint movement and breathing patterns
interfere with coordination and comfort
contribute to stress, overwhelm, and emotional reactivity
Your body keeps adapting… until it can’t. That’s when pain, tension, headaches, overwhelm, or “I’ve never felt right since that injury” starts to show up.

Frequent Questions
I haven’t had any significant accidents or impacts, can you still help me?
Yes. This is a very common question. In fact most people don’t recall a significant impact situation related to their ailment. With our assessments we are able to discover imbalances and problems that you may not be not aware of. As your body unravels it is common that memories of an original event may come to the surface. Your current position starts to make more sense as you recall your history of impact situations and how your body has carried itself since. Where you are at right now is the sum of all of the events of your life.
How many visits will it take? Do I need to come regularly?
Everyone is unique, so healing time and visit frequency will vary. Generally, on average, clients feel their problem is resolved or have lasting benefits within 1-5 visits. Once a Flinchlock combination is fully released it is gone forever. This means you do not need maintenance visits for the same thing over and over. Getting regular appointments is very beneficial in assisting your health goals.
What should you expect after a treatment?
For the first 1-3 days after the session you may experience some minor discomfort or aggravation of your symptoms. This is a normal part of the body’s response as it unravels. It is common for the full benefit of the treatment to be felt after 2 - 3 days. Everyone feels different depending on their current situation. Healing is a process, and varies person to person.
How long can a Flinchlock be in the body?
A lifetime. A flinchlock can be created as early as at the beginning of life and be carried by your body for your entire lifetime. It is never too late to have treatment even decades after an accident.
